Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Ordered the Oreo mudslide and it was delicious! Originally there was a miscommunication and I got the wrong flavor but they corrected it and delivered a whole pint of the right flavor to me! It was so nice of them. Definitely recommend! The Oreo mudslide flavor is the best.

The whole experience was horrible. The previous night via DD, I ordered an ice cream cup with several toppings. Instead of sending it to me as pictured on their site, they sent a blended up something that looked unappetizing (see attached pics of store ad vs what was sent). I called their restaurant to ask about this, only to get a rude guy on the phone who sighed, gave a dismissive response (something to the effect of "that's the way we do it"), and hung up. I called again the following day to share my experience and request that they accurately post the item so that people would know what they were getting (everything blended vs whole toppings). I was polite on this call and explained what had happened. (Keep in mind, I'd already gotten my refund from DD, so this was just feedback.) Despite this, the person on the phone never said anything and just hung up. Neither person apologized for the issues with the order or even pretended to listen to anything I said. I've never dealt with such rude staff before, and the situation didn't call for it. This was the Midtown Village location btw; the South Philly location actually sends what they advertise so I never had to call them. In any

I orde from Uber Eats, and when I got it, it was disgusting. The fruits, especially the strawberries, are frozen to keep fresh. I can't even imagine how people is giving this place a 4 star rating see for yourself in the pictures. I'm not eating this straight to the trash.

Hey, this place is unique. It is more like a sweet treats shop. If you love real ice cream, this is not your place. They have way too many items in a tiny space, seems like they are still trying to find what they want to do. The quality of the actual ice cream is not there. But if your kid or friend is simply seeking a junk food treat, it's the place. Poor displays confusing menu boards and junk food stashed everywhere. The freshness of the toppings is not there either. I bought a brownie, no label so I asked if it was made there, the reply was no. I wonder if there is actually and real milk in anything in the place. The line and space for people to eat inside is not designed well. The staff, he was NOT very friendly or personable. I bet it's a one and done and not too many people go back there after their first visit.

I had an amazing time at Scoop DeVille last Wednesday. Tommy and the team at the Walnut St location were so friendly and made the experience great. I tried the Rockie Road Stacked Sundae and Not Daddy’s Oreo cone. Both were delicious! The best part is that they have seating outside so you can eat your ice cream while enjoying the nice weather. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping by.
